The spacious lobby welcomed us like an old friend, adorned with contemporary décor and bright colors that infused warmth. It was easy to navigate, making it a breeze for seniors to enjoy the hotel’s amenities comfortably.
More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

definitely coming here again
The room was super clean with modern finishes. It had a fridge, coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the indoor swimming pool area with a hot tub and comfy sun loungers. The fitness center was nice too. The location was perfect for visiting Medieval Times, and parking was free and easy access.

Clean indoor swimming pool.
We had a terrible experience with the room arrangements. The noise from the neighboring room kept us up all night, which was extremely frustrating.

The spacious lobby welcomed me immediately with modern décor. My room had nice finishes, clean and functional. The beds felt comfortable, but the pillows were lacking support. Breakfast was decent but paid, which surprised me. The location is great. nearby restaurants and easy highway access made exploring simple. I used the pool, but towels were a problem. I waited ages to get some, which was frustrating. Also, some areas felt a bit slick due to water from kids jumping in and out of the pool. Staff seemed inattentive at times, especially during check-in. I’d say the room amenities were lacking, especially when it comes to stocking essentials like soap or coffee. Overall, it felt like they need to pay more attention to details and service.

While the bedrooms were clean and stylish, with a great pool area, I faced some issues like noise from the highway and limited breakfast options. Staff friendliness varied, and housekeeping could improve on service. Overall, it's a decent spot but needs attention to service details.

missingWrote a review on May 31confusing dining
Dining options are seriously limited, with the restaurant struggling to differentiate itself from gas station food, and breakfast raises more questions than it answers. The breakfast policy, which allows one kid to eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée, gets muddled if you have a coupon for breakfast, leaving families scratching their heads. Areas around the pool are far too slippery, potentially turning a fun swim into a less favorable experience if you’re not careful. Room cleanliness could use a serious upgrade as corners often gather dust, which isn't ideal for a place where you'd expect a thorough cleaning. Lastly, expected maintenance issues like a poorly functioning clock or awkward bathroom layout could dampen the experience for some guests.
